Cabernet Sauvignon
2021 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
A deliciously approachable young Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2021 vintage showcases the quality of the Viking Estate Vineyard. Its bold and alluring aromas of cassis and tobacco make it an easy-to-enjoy example of this variety. With smooth tannins and perfectly integrated oak, the aromas transform into encompassing flavors of black cherry, roasted bell pepper, and allspice. A hint of peppercorn spice keeps the wine lively—a beautiful representation of the limestone soils in the Adelaida district. Enjoy now through 2034.

Pinot Noir
2021 Vintage | HMR Estate Vineyard
These true “old vines” are on full display with the fruit-driven aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and hibiscus. Along with these esters, we find earthy scents of wet stone, black truffle, and fine-grain leather, which will dominate as the wine ages. Lower grape tannins are found as expected from this thin-skinned grape, along with a medium body and moderate alcohol content. This leads to the captivatingly silky and elegant mouthfeel. Anna's Red
2021 Vintage | Anna's Estate Vineyard
The 2021 vintage of Anna's Red is nothing short of a delicious representation of this blend. Nearly even volumes of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre along with small additions of other estate grown varietals combine to bring balance to the glass with aromas of fresh strawberry, red raspberry, black licorice, and a hint of rose perfume. The palate offers flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and leather which combine to create a balanced and quaffable wine. Drink this wine young and with a combination of cuisines. Enjoy through 2028.

There is blackberry jam and prosciutto, along with earthy notes of roasted mushrooms and Kona coffee, creating layers of flavor. Zinfandel
2022 Vintage | Michael's Estate Vineyard
The 2022 Michael’s Zinfandel is a delightful blend of bold and fruit-forward aromas with hints of boysenberry, clove, and blueberry pie. The 2023 Chardonnay offers an abundance of fresh, fruit-forward aromas. Initially, Bartlett pear and peach jump out of the glass, creating a juicy and bright flavor accentuated by floral notes of Easter lilies. Cinsaut
2021 Vintage | Anna's Estate Vineyard
Cinsault is a grape varietal often used in blending to add a spicy element, but it can also stand alone as a fun and intriguing wine. Initially, the wine presents a spicyness that balances out bright strawberry and pomegranate flavors. On the palate, Satsuma plum flavors are enhanced by pink peppercorn and cranberry notes. This wine is best enjoyed when it is young and chilled. We recommend drinking from now through 2027.

Cabernet Sauvignon Signature
2020 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
This vintage shows exquisite aromas of cassis, pipe tobacco, plum, and California chaparral. The high pH soils create an acid-driven mouthfeel that keeps the bold blackberry and raspberry flavors bright and fresh. These flavors carry a lingering and precise finish of fine tannins that hint at an excellent aging potential. Enjoy this wine now or hold for a few years for softened tannins and tertiary flavor development. Drink through 2036.

Sparkling Wine Signature
2021 Vintage | HMR Estate Vineyard
Clean and bright, this blanc de noirs exudes balance and finesse with tantalizing bubbles and a depth of flavor attributable to its long tirage. Done in the traditional method, the essence of brioche and biscuit is evident but not center stage. Pear blossom, granny smith apples, and starfruit lend a balancing hand to brighten each sip.
