Cabernet Sauvignon Signature
2021 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
Limestone soil enhances this wine's acidity, allowing the scents of violet and black currant to dominate the aroma; however, the undertones of sweet tobacco and dark chocolate add balance to make each glass more alluring. These aromas are complemented by flavors of plum and mocha, with a hint of nutmeg. This wine can be enjoyed young and vibrant after resting for two to three years or held through 2037.

Anna's Red Signature

The wine opens with scents of blackberry preserves, reminiscent of freshly baked cobbler. These scents combine with the delicate aroma of violets, revealing the complexity of this blend. The wine’s taste lives up to its aroma, highlighting luscious ripe black cherries and a spicy hint of black pepper. This culminates with the surprising yet delightful note of teriyaki, which adds a unique savory/umami element to the wine. Drink now through 2034.

Pinot Noir HMR
2021 Vintage | HMR Estate Vineyard
The qualities of this noble grape are on full display with the fruit-driven aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and hibiscus. Along with these esters, we find earthy scents of wet stone, black truffle, and fine-grain leather, which will dominate as the wine ages. Lower grape tannins are expected from this thin-skinned grape, along with a medium body and moderate alcohol content. All of this leads to a captivatingly silky and elegant mouthfeel. Cabernet Franc Signature
2020 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
This wine's beautiful aromas of dried rose, blackcurrant buds, and riverstone accent its dazzling ruby hues. The spice and vanilla notes derived from the oak aging are well integrated but do not distract from the power that this varietal offers. It espouses bright essences of pomegranate and plum, bolstered by deep, rich flavors of black tea and peppercorns. This wine pairs with rich foods, and can be cellared for further development. Syrah Signature

The wine emanates a beautiful aroma of violet perfume and Luxardo cherry. The sweetness of these aromas is complemented by the earthy notes of tomato leaves and the musk of sandalwood. These aromas pave the way for a delightful palate of fresh berries and vanilla beans, with just a touch of candied bacon. Enjoy this wine now through 2031.

Twenty-Three Twenty is a meticulously developed blend representing the pinnacle of each vintage. This vintage boasts a rich aroma of ripe blackberry and black currant, with hints of violet and Douglas fir bursting from the glass. The wine’s flavors are a symphony of bold cherry compote, baking spices, and fine-grained oak.
