Twenty-Three Twenty Signature
2021 Vintage | Adelaida Estate Vineyards
Twenty-Three Twenty is a meticulously developed blend representing the pinnacle of each vintage. This vintage boasts a rich aroma of ripe blackberry and black currant, with hints of violet and Douglas fir bursting from the glass. The wine’s flavors are a symphony of bold cherry compote, baking spices, and fine-grained oak. Despite being a full-bodied wine, it retains a fresh and well-balanced taste, thanks to its bright acidity. Enjoy through 2034.

HMR Pinot Noir
2021 Vintage | HMR Estate Vineyard
The qualities of this noble grape are on full display with the fruit-driven aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and hibiscus. Along with these esters, we find earthy scents of wet stone, black truffle, and fine-grain leather, which will dominate as the wine ages. Lower grape tannins are expected from this thin-skinned grape, along with a medium body and moderate alcohol content. All of which leads to the captivatingly silky and elegant mouthfeel. Mourvèdre Signature
2021 Vintage | Anna's Estate Vineyard
Mourvèdre is a distinct wine with a unique and exotic personality. As you pour it into your glass, you’ll notice its deep ruby color and vibrant aromas of black raspberry, plum, and sandalwood. The flavors are equally complex, with notes of pomegranate, pancetta, and lavender blending seamlessly, all supported by smooth tannins. Enjoy through 2030.

Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah Signature
2021 Vintage | Adelaida Estate Vineyards
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah Signature is broodingly inky and concentrated in appearance. This limited production rarity conveys the suave and rich aromas of blackberry, violet, healthy organic soil, and a touch of black pepper. These aromas are complemented by delicious flavors of blueberry pie, black plum, and dark chocolate, giving it a fruit-forward taste with a polished and balanced finish. Enjoy through 2032.

Cabernet Franc Signature
2020 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
This wine expresses beautiful aromas of dried rose, blackcurrant buds, and riverstone accent its dazzling ruby hues. The spice and vanilla notes derived from the oak aging are well integrated but do not distract from the power that this varietal offers. It espouses bright essences of pomegranate and plum, bolstered by deep, rich flavors of black tea and peppercorns. This wine pairs with rich foods, and can be cellared for further development. Enjoy through 2033.

Cabernet Sauvignon Signature
2020 Vintage | Viking Estate Vineyard
The Viking Estate Vineyard is known for producing wines of deep inky color and complexity, and this vintage is no exception. The wine shows exquisite aromas of cassis, pipe tobacco, plum, and California chaparral. These flavors carry a lingering and precise finish of fine tannins that hint at an excellent aging potential. Enjoy this wine now or hold for a few years for softened tannins and tertiary flavor development. Drink through 2036.
